Trackon Queue - Queue Management System

We built a queue management system that digitizes terminal and logistics operations to keep vehicle loading and unloading organized. Every vehicle arriving at the terminal is directed to its assigned dock and loads or unloads in turn, preventing confusion and conflicts at the terminal. The system includes core modules such as dock management, cargo type definitions, and user management; docks and cargo types can be added or removed as needed, and users can be added to the system and granted permissions. A dedicated driver page shows the live status of every vehicle and driver, making it easy to see which vehicle is at which dock, its place in the queue, and whether it has completed its operation. The system boosts operational efficiency, minimizes wait times, and keeps every process at the terminal transparent, delivering a comprehensive solution that saves time and resources for terminal managers and logistics companies alike.
