Pursuant to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by On Yazılım Finansal Danışmanlık, as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Your personal data is obtained through all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic channels for the purposes stated above, so that the products and services we offer can be provided within the applicable legal framework and so that our contractual and statutory obligations in this regard can be fulfilled completely and accurately.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK are set out below:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about the processing if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred
• To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To object to any outcome to your detriment that arises from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To claim compensation for any damage you incur as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data
