CRM and CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) software built specifically for the pharmaceutical industry. It digitizes pharma companies' field operations with sales force automation, physician and pharmacy visit management, e-detailing presentations, and real-time reporting. Built with Flutter, .NET, and React.
At pharmaceutical companies, field sales teams largely planned physician and pharmacy visits, managed customer relationships (CRM), and handled reporting by hand. There was no way to track field reps' daily activities, measure visit performance, or send data to headquarters in real time.
We built a sales force automation and CRM platform tailored to the pharmaceutical industry. Visit planning, CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) presentations, real-time reporting, and field performance tracking are combined in a single platform. Integrated with Trackon Expense for expense management and EventON for event management, it gives pharma companies an end-to-end digital field solution.
